Madison Reid
Associate Visuals Editor
Madison Reid is an associate visuals editor at Vanity Fair, commissioning a wide variety of photography and providing photo research for stories about art, culture, books, politics, current events, and more. Since joining the photo team in 2019, she has contributed to stories recognized by ASME, SPD, and American Photography.
Madison also writes about photobooks and exhibitions–including conversations with Catherine Opie, Steven Klein, and critic Vince Aletti–and reviews portfolios for the Society of Publication Designers, the Eddie Adams Workshop, and Diversify Photo, among others. Previously, she was an Aperture Foundation books work scholar and a Magnum Photos archive intern.
